Miriam Ast


German-born jazz singer Miriam Ast discovered her passion for jazz in her early teens.

She studied jazz saxophone and singing in Mainz and was a singer in the renowned German Bundesjazzorchester (BuJazzO). In 2016, she graduated with an MA with distinction from the Royal Academy of Music, London, having been taught by Norma Winstone.

She currently resides in London and works with her own jazz quintet, the Ast/Gutierrez duo, the London Vocal Project, and the German ensemble Klezmer’s Techter.

Christian Conti


Born and raised in Boston, MA, Christian Conti is a Jazz Singer, Composer, and Arranger.

Conti attends Berklee College of Music where he has studied Voice and Composition. Conti performs professionally around Boston and New York. Venues include Why Not Jazz Room (NYC), Wally’s Café, Daryl’s, The Lilypad, and Ryles Jazz Club (Boston).

Conti has garnered a large following on Youtube for his videos, which feature him singing his own arrangements, and has earned tens of thousands of views worldwide.

Sara Decker


New York based, German artist Sara Decker is a contemporary jazz vocalist and composer, specializing in merging pop styles with improvisational jazz artistry.

2015 she won the European Jazz Award at the Tuscia in Jazz Festival, Italy.

Known for her subtle tone, impressive range and heartfelt story-telling, she’s currently planning the release of her sophomore album “Long distance” as well as performing in prestigious jazz venues and festivals across Europe and the United States.

Helena Hulsman


Helena is a Dutch vocalist, songwriter and marine biologist, gradually making her mark in the Singapore jazz scene.

Originally trained in jazz drums, Helena focused on jazz vocals only since the age of 27. After performing on stage for the first time at the North Sea Jazz Festival in 2014, she has since had the privilege to share the stage with inspiring cats like Jason Palmer, John Ellis, Rory Stuart, Goro Tsukakoshi and Tze Toh Chin.

Helena captivates audiences with her smooth vocals, her playful improvisations and her cheerful personality.

Her original songs give the listener a heart-warming peek into the confusing life of a random woman, looking for purpose, balance, and of course, love.

Alexander Lövmark


Jazz vocalist and composer Alexander Lövmark is based in Gothenburg-Sweden where he have studied at the Academy of music and arts – program of improvisation.

Although originally a bass player Alexander have since age 20 passionately pursued a career as a jazzvocalist and frontman in a number of constellations, where Stockholm Voices especially is one to mention.

Alexander has just finished his debut full-length album, it goes by the name Perfect Storm and will be released autumn 2017.

Talie Monin


From Johannesburg, S.A., Talie Monin is an ethnic Zulu who began singing at a very early age.

A 2005 finalist in the Yamaha Johannesburg Vocal Competition, Talie later studied vocal jazz at both the Sarah Lazarus Vocal Atelier at Bill Evans Piano Academy and the American School of Modern music in Paris.

Since moving to Hong Kong in 2014, her fresh vocal style has taken Asia by storm, infusing into all of her critically acclaimed performances the rhythms and emotions of her native African roots.

Laura Totenhagen


Laura Totenhagen is a german vocalist, oboist and composer.

She finishines her bachelor studies at the Conservatory Cologne this June. As an oboist and singer, you can hear Laura on 9 CDs and her music has been broadcasted by WDR and DLF. She will release her album with her own quartet this May.

Laura has won numerous prizes Jugend musiziert, Junger Kulturpreis, Sparda Jazz Award etc. and since April 2016 she is a fellow of the German National Academic Foundation.
